Rental fees for Sharlene Heights vary depending on the day of the week, guest count, chosen site (Lodge side or Lakeside), and whether you're booking a full weekend with lodging or a one-day event.
What the rental typically includes (based on venue descriptions and standard offerings):
Access to the exclusive 160+ acre private property in Pike National Forest, with stunning Pikes Peak views and two ceremony/reception options: lodge side (up to 85 guests) or lakeside tent (up to 180–200 guests).
Use of the on-site lodge (for lodging up to 20 guests in weekend packages), outdoor spaces, tables, chairs, basic lighting/sound, and cleanup.
For one-day events without lodging, the lakeside tent setup overlooking the mountain lake with chimney/heat options.

Yes. Sharlene heights offer the lodge and can comfortably sleep up to 20 people.

Sharlene heights Lodge can sleep comfortably up to 20 guests. With 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

Sharlene Heights features two distinct ceremony and reception areas: one at the Lodge and one Lakeside.
The lodge side comfortably accommodates up to 85 guests, while the lakeside location can host up to 185.
Please note: if your event will have more than 85 guests, the lakeside tent is the best fit!

For both venues - The Lodge and Lake view we have you covered with round arch, tables, chairs, white table cloth, stereo system with microphone and disco light.
60”round tables, many wedding planners say that it can seat 10, however we recommend at maximum of 8 per table and 4 rectangular tables

You will have to set up tables and chairs, however Sharlene heights staff will assist. Decorating is up to you

All information regarding room setup, number of guests, vendors and special requests must be provided and finalized at the 60-day. A summary of the details will be provided to client for final review and approval. Item description

If the weather takes a turn for the worse, the ceremony will need to take place indoors. Unless extreme weather is being predicted, the venue will allow the couple to make the final decision on location. If the decision is made to be indoors, the guests will be seated at their dinner tables during the ceremony. Sharlene Heights does not have an area large enough for your guests to be to complete a room flip during the event. This decision can be made right before ceremony.

One Day Rentals will have access to the tent at 11am to begin decorating.
If you have a weekend package and choose to use the tent or lake view venue, you can start decorating as early as 8 am

No. You are free to select any licensed and insured caterer of your choice. We do just ask that the caterer/family takes responsibility of cleaning the kitchen

While we do not put a "stop" to your reception we do require all guests AND items be exited by 11pm. Ideally, 10PM is a good time for DJS to "end" the reception giving time to clean up and remove items. Having a few family and friends designated to stick around and help with this process is highly recommended!
Weekend package receptions can celebrate as long as you want

We require a signed booking agreement and 30% of the rental paid upfront, non-refundable, in order to reserve your date. Sharlene Heights can NOT hold dates until contract and deposit are made.

Yes. In order for us to provide the best possible service for ALL of our couples, we do require all items to be removed by 11pm. If you have hired wedding planners, coordinators, or a rental company to handle this for you, be sure to communicate the 11pm is exit to those vendors. Any trash left behind or damaged property belonging to the venue will result in the deposit not being returned

Yes. We have 2 high chairs and 1 booster to help you and your little ones enjoy Sharlene Heights in comfort!

For the weddings up to 85 people we do not require wedding planner, however we will require that you provide a family member or a friend to be appoint of contact.
85 people or more will require a wedding coordinator or wedding planner. You can hire an outside vendor or in house services.

You are welcome to choose your own licensed and insured caterer! We do have our recommended list of caters that we have an experience with, we would be happy to share it with you

We require you to let us know 60 days before your date

We do allow camping!
Glamping tent that you can rent for wedding couple or guests, complete with queen size bed, Nespresso coffee machine and optional internet.
No campers, unless it’s approved in writing prior to the wedding.

Off course! It is included with our 3 day package.
You can also have a Sunday brunch (no more attendees than on wedding day), but keep in mind that everything have to be picked up, cleared and vacate the premises no later than 2pm
